The law firm of Fishbein & Fishbein, P.A. has been located in historic Ellicott City, Maryland since 1977. We serve clients in both the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas. The firm also maintains a branch office in Rockville, Maryland.

The firm maintains a general civil practice with a special emphasis in the areas of construction litigation, collection problems, corporate and commercial transactions, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, family law, estate planning, securities fraud litigation and general civil litigation.

The firm is also involved in a wide range of criminal defense litigation including juvenile cases, misdemeanors, traffic and alcohol related offenses and felonies.

We represent businesses and individuals. Many of our clients are general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to the construction industry.
