We strive whenever possible to negotiate a separation agreement which best meets the needs of our clients. However if litigation is necessary we have extensive experience in handling contested child custody matters, child support and alimony issues and complex financial issues in divorce cases . We work closely with our clients to keep them informed regarding the progress of their case and so that they are always involved with their case as it progresses.
